My Frugal Miser - March Income: $8,956

March was an impressvie month for income, even though I only paid myself $500 for my work at the restaurant. I can attribute a large part of my income to one-time events, unfortunately. I gave my mom a large amount of money a while back when she had some emergency expenses. She came into some money in March and paid me back in full. One of my tenants (who is also a friend) also paid me back money I was owed (for some things I sold him and a loan I made, not for rent) after he received a lump sum.
