My Frugal Miser - September Income: $8,037

September was a modest month.  There were several weekdays when the Airbnb was empty.  I lowered prices on some of those days and was able to pick up a couple of last minute bookings.  We had 8 vacant days last month.  I worked two meeting jobs but have not been paid yet.
